Individual 8-week MBSR
For some people it might not be possible to join an (8-week) group program because of personal circumstances.
It is also possible to follow the 8-week MBSR training individually. We would also meet for 8 sessions, each max. 1,5 hour and I recommend not to have more than 2 weeks in-between each session. When we start, we plan in each session so the total duration is planned in upfront. The format, course material and homework requirements are the same as the group MBSR. Also with the individual training I recommend an average 60 min practice when you really want to make a change in your life.
Costs & health insurance
The costs for the individual training are € 750. As I am a Category 1 Trainer, most Health Insurances will reimburse (a part) of these costs. You can the details of your health insurance at Zorgwijzer.nl
Tailor made training
