The 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Training (MBSR) Almere will take place in groups between 4 and 14 participants. Each week there will be a group session for 2,5 hours. During these sessions we will:
- discuss the theme of the week
- share meditation experiences
- discover what Mindfulness is for us individually
In the 6th week we will add a silence day were we will integrate all experiences and practices.
Every week you will be encouraged to practice at home on a daily base with the meditations and homework exercises. Per day this will add up to an average of 60 min practice. This training is quite intense and the practice is needed if you really want to change your behavior and patterns. But if you commit to this you will be surprised with a lot of beautiful new insights.

The costs for the 8 week MBSR Training are € 550,-. (if Finances are stopping from signing up, please reach out to me so we can look at all the options)
Course material will be provided in digital workbook which contains theoreretical background on Mindfulness, explanations of the weekly sessions & the homework assignments. Audio tracks with all meditations will be provided.
